I am blessed. Everybody has good and bad days, nevertheless we constantly fluctuate from bad moments to good moments within one day, if we are lucky enough to have the good moments. In reality we are way much more interested in our thoughts, than there in us. The mind simply thinks . . . and its up to us if we pay attention and to what. Now there is the key and the absolute truth about our lives. Super simple, mantras are the codes that can lift us up by us putting the attention on REALLY GOOD STUFF. And if you are a human being, like me, you know ... its pretty intense the constant fluctuation of the mind and when I am feeling pretty overwhelmed with it I just shift my attention and pick a mantra. I use a whole different mantra ideology, and I believe that there are mantras for each moment, day, and intentions we are trying to achieve. We will pick the one that you will shoot you to the stars, or at least where you want to be.

My own process to abundance has been one of wonderful growth and enlightenment.
